Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Repair or replace faulty parts, systems, and components to meet safety and quality standards
- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all work activities
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, costs, and maintenance recommendations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, engines, and electronic diagnostics
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications (e.g., ASE certification) preferred
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
