About this position

Ebens Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a Install Coordinator to join the office team. The primary responsibility of this role is to aid the HVAC Installation Teams and communicate with customers.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist sales team in scheduling installation crews
  • Ordering of Installation Equipment
  • Process returned parts after job completion for warranties
  • Communicate with customers and confirm next day installations
  • Assist with and/or schedule part return service calls
  • Answer general questions regarding rebates, warranties, and permits
  • Communicate with & support installation team
  • Enter installation & warranty data in CRM
  • Interact in the warehouse to acquire materials for installation and service jobs
  • Other general office duties as assigned by manager

Salary Information

$20.0 - $25.0 Hourly Wage
