Dishwasher

In our high-paced restaurant, the Dishwasher is a vital member of the team and without a skilled individual; we would be unable to provide a safe environment and the service our customers expect.

The dishwasher is responsible for kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and serving as a backup food runner.

• Clean dishes and the dish area.
• Learn to operate related machinery and uses chemicals appropriately.
• Be sure all items are properly clean before putting them into rotation.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms.
• Responsible for stocking the bus station.
• Clean up any spills throughout the restaurant.
• Empty all garbage as required and dispose of properly in garbage bin.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.
• Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling.
