What You’ll Do
Conduct admissions and annual medical examinations, evaluating ongoing healthcare needs.Coordinate treatment planning and follow-up care for individuals requiring ongoing medical or consultative services.Provide timely medical treatment, order studies, tests, and ancillary services as needed.Perform minor procedures, where privileged, in accordance with facility policies.Document all medical services accurately and promptly in the individual served medical record.Participate in healthcare team meetings, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and infection control discussions.Review non-formulary medication requests and collaborate with clinical leadership for approvals.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (required). Completion of primary care clinical rotations is required.Experience: Prior relevant medical practice experience (required).Licenses/Certifications: Current state license (required) and DEA registration (required)May act as the Medical Director’s designee where required by licensure.Salary Information
