Your Day-to-Day:
- Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and refrigerant level checks.
- Keep communication clear and professional with customers and team members.
- Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Support company sales goals by generating leads, promoting service agreements, and upselling products and services when appropriate.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system conditions, maintenance needs, and recommended repairs or upgrades.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- some sales experience preferred
- A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
- Strong technical skills
- Leadership ability and a passion for doing things right
- Flexible and open to growing
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
