Loan Servicing Representative

The Institution for Savings, one of the oldest and most successful community banks in the region, is seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Representative to work with our Commercial and Residential team at the Bank's Newburyport Lending. Duties include but are not limited to:

Loan Set UpPayment ProcessingTax & Insurance ProcessingPayoff/Discharge ProcessingConstruction Loan ProcessingPost-Closing ReviewQuality ControlHELOC Renewals/ExtensionsInvestor ReportingFile MaintenanceRespond to Customer Calls/EmailsPayment Portal Review This position is full-time with fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 10%; life insurance; disability plan; pension plan after 2 years of service; and generous vacation and paid-time off.

Salary Information

$21.5 - $27.0 Hourly Wage
