Job Summary

The Barista acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Rumor Mill Market. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume while delivering legendary customer service and quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
• Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts.
• Able to stand, bend, and reach for entire shift, lift and carry up to 30lbs regularly.
