Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Non-CDL Driver to operate an 26-foot box truck for deliveries and pick-ups between Shelton & Stamford. This position also includes general warehouse responsibilities such as unloading deliveries, putting inventory away, and operating a forklift. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, lift heavy items, and have a strong sense of responsibility and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck (no CDL required) for local routes
• Load and unload trucks with care, ensuring items are secured and handled properly
• Lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed
• Operate a forklift to move and store inventory (forklift certification preferred or willing to obtain)
• Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other warehouse and delivery duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving a box truck (26 ft or similar)
• Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently
• Forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems is a plus
