We’re looking for a high-energy Assistant Portfolio Manager – Resident Experience Superstar to join our team and make a real impact. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things rent, renewals, and resident satisfaction—and you'll lead the charge on leasing success by managing a Leasing Specialist.

What You’ll Do:
💸 Keep the Rent Flowing
Process payments, track rent, and stay on top of any delinquencies.
Work with residents on payment plans and make sure everyone’s in good standing.
Keep your Portfolio Manager in the loop with weekly updates.
🔁 Handle Lease Renewals Like a Pro
Send out renewals on time and follow up like a boss.
Negotiate terms (within company guidelines) and make sure all documents are squared away.
Keep things organized and on track—no loose ends here!
🏡 Lead the Leasing Charge
Supervise and support your Leasing Specialist to hit new lease goals.
Jump in to help with tours, follow-ups, and marketing when needed.
Track performance, follow up on leads, and keep those occupancy numbers strong.
What You Bring:
Experience in property management, leasing, or resident services.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and people skills.
Super organized—you love a good to-do list and checking things off.
Comfort with property management software (Entrata is a plus!).
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
