Lead & Develop People
- Build, coach, and inspire a joyful, high-performing mooncrewSet clear expectations, give regular feedback, and celebrate winsDevelop future leaders and support career growth
Run a Great Shop
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient serviceManage schedules, inventory, ordering, and cleanlinessPartner closely with the Chef to keep operations aligned and strong

Compensation & Benefits
