What You'll Do

  • Learn to manage & maintain our online product catalog which includes the product launch process, ongoing optimizations and end of life
  • Have the capacity to own the end-to-end site merchandising strategy driving revenue, conversion rate, average order value and engagement across the site
  • Utilize site data on shopper pathing, search terms, filter usage, site errors (or other) to improve shopper experiences.
  • Build and execute data-led site merchandising strategies across category pages, product listing pages, search results pages and seasonal campaign landing page experiences
  • Become an expert in Athos Commerce (our internal site search tool) for ongoing search optimization and zero-results reduction to drive product discoverability, conversions and revenue
  • Be a subject-matter expert for site merchandising best practices, trends, and tools within the organization
  • Identify and fix merchandising issues including (but not limited to) broken links or missing content that would enrich our product catalog
  • Champion continuous process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending workflow refinements
  • Support QA across site, email, and product to ensure optimized customer journeys
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, understand priorities and ensure flawless execution
  • Manage structured ad-hoc assignments and priorities, ensuring on time delivery and accuracy across all site updates

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising or marketing preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Merchandising or related field
  • Experience working with Adobe Commerce, NetSuite, or analytics tools (GA4) is a plus
  • Willingness to maintain a primarily in-office presence for the first three months, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2–5 in-office days per week based on business needs.

  • The compensation range for this position is $20–$29 per hour. Starting pay is typically aligned with experience and qualifications and is generally expected to fall within the lower to mid portion of the range.
