Weekend Shift Lead
Reports to: Weekend Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Reporting Staff: None
Alternate in Case of Absence: Warehouse Clerks
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Supervisor in ensuring that all operations are completed in and with a high level of productivity and accuracy
- Needs to be versatile to be able to work in the department that needs help the most and to support them
- Complete knowledge of company GDPs
- Checks inbound/outbound freight for errors, damage, correctness
- Assists in arranging product within the warehouse
- Expert in RF gun and able to handle the tough situations on the floor
- Head trainer to warehouse operators
- Advocates for and supports all employees including new employees
- Should know all processes on the floor and be able to step in as shipping/receiving clerk
- Work (3) 12 hours shifts Fri - Sun and get a bonus 4 hours of pay
