Hours: Varies according to tasting schedule, business needs
Rate: $19-21/hour, based on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Preparing items, both standard and custom, for PE Events, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Maintaining organization of prep/storage areas, regularly rotating products and cleaning
- When not involved with PE Full-Service, work alongside other PE departments in production
In addition to the above, position will be exposed to menus/production for our restaurant, eden, as well as have opportunities to work both on- and off-premise events
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
- Food Handler's certification
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Basic culinary knowledge and excellent knife skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow recipes
- Effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift at least 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule, some weekends required
