If so, consider joining the Agronomy Team at Western Hills Country Club for the 2026 summer season.
Founded in 1912, Western Hills Country Club is one of the oldest full-service private clubs in the city. Our grounds feature a diverse landscape including turf, trees, shrubs, bulbs, and perennials.
Position Description
- Operate small equipment including walking and riding mowers, weed trimmers, hover mowers, blowers, bunker rakes, and more
- Assist with changing cups and tee markers
- Perform daily course maintenance such as mowing, raking bunkers, repairing tee divots, and general cleanup
- Assist with horticultural tasks including mulching, weed control, pruning, and planting
- Work independently in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendents or Grounds Superintendent
- Weekend work required
Compensation & Benefits
• $16 per hour + overtime
^based on experience

Job Type
• Seasonal, full-time position
• 40–45 hours per week
• Season runs from April through late October/November

Qualifications
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to drive small utility vehicles
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Able to work early morning hours
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Willingness to perform physical labor
