At Fellowship Therapy at Home, we’re redefining outpatient care by delivering high-quality, personalized therapy directly to clients in the comfort of their homes. By bridging the gap between traditional clinic-based care and home health, we empower both clients and clinicians through flexible, impactful services.
We’re currently seeking a compassionate and driven Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Union County.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home, community-based speech-language therapy services
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
- Create and implement customized treatment plans
- Foster functional independence and improved quality of life for clients
- Educate and support clients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient, home health, or similar setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, client-centered environment
