Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 10PM - 6AM
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $25.50 (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Mix and blend ingredients according to recipes to produce food products with the required flavor, texture, color, and quality.
  • Carefully read and follow batching instructions to weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor blending and mixing equipment according to designated formulas.
  • Observe gauges, valves, and thermometers to ensure equipment is operating within proper temperature and processing ranges.
  • Listen for and identify equipment issues (e.g., leaks, plugging) and report concerns to the Team Coach or Business Unit Manager.
  • Measure and weigh dry ingredients and oils using English or metric measurements and scales.
  • Receive and document incoming ingredients and bulk materials while following lot control procedures.
  • Perform basic analytical testing on raw materials and finished products.
  • Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and inspect equipment after cleaning to ensure all residues are removed.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and lot tracking documentation.
  • Monitor batching inventory levels to ensure materials are available for efficient production.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
  • Safely operate forklifts as needed to move and supply materials.
  • Participate in shift handoffs and team meetings.
Requirements:

What You’ll Need

  • Basic math skills for measurements and ingredient calculations.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and empty containers weighing up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and observational skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.


Salary Information

$23.00 - $25.50 Hourly Wage
