We are seeking a relentless, high-activity Sales Hunter who thrives on the chase and possesses the grit to turn cold prospects into closed deals. This role is designed for a proactive closer who excels in a high-volume environment—someone who can manage a dense outbound pipeline and move prospects through the funnel with speed and precision.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Drive High-Volume Outreach: Maintain a rigorous daily rhythm of outbound calls and digital engagement to maximize your pipeline.
  • Rapid Lead Qualification: Quickly identify pain points and qualify prospects to ensure your time is spent on high-conversion opportunities.
  • Aggressive Pipeline Management: Proactively "hunt" within your territory using a mix of phone, email, and virtual networking to exceed sales targets.
  • Close with Precision: Overcome objections in real-time and transition prospects to customers with speed and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
  • 3 or more years of outside sales experience with a focus on phone prospecting.
