East Coast Tires, Wheels & Equipment is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales team. If you enjoy working with data, staying organized, and helping a team stay on track, this role could be a great fit.We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with spreadsheets, managing multiple tasks, and communicating effectively with team members and customers.ScheduleThis is a part-time position (24–30 hours per week).Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, though a 3-day schedule may be considered for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team with administrative and data-management tasksWork extensively in Microsoft Excel, including:Creating and using formulasBuilding pivot tablesManaging data exports and reportsOrganize and maintain sales data and documentationAssist with preparing reports and spreadsheets for the sales teamCoordinate information between sales staff and internal departmentsHelp keep projects and tasks moving by managing multiple prioritiesQualificationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data exports required)Excellent attention to detailAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Positive attitude and willingness to help where neededPrevious administrative or sales support experience is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help a team succeed.
