About this position

East Coast Tires, Wheels & Equipment is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales team. If you enjoy working with data, staying organized, and helping a team stay on track, this role could be a great fit.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with spreadsheets, managing multiple tasks, and communicating effectively with team members and customers.

ScheduleThis is a part-time position (24–30 hours per week).Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, though a 3-day schedule may be considered for the right candidate.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team with administrative and data-management tasks

Work extensively in Microsoft Excel, including:

Creating and using formulas

Building pivot tables

Managing data exports and reports

Organize and maintain sales data and documentation

Assist with preparing reports and spreadsheets for the sales team

Coordinate information between sales staff and internal departments

Help keep projects and tasks moving by managing multiple priorities

QualificationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data exports required)

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

Previous administrative or sales support experience is a plus
