About this position
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Grill/Line Cook to join our corporate food service team. If you have 1–3 years of experience, a passion for food, and a customer-first attitude, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food at the grill and/or deli station
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and personality
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, slicers, griddles, fryers, and more
- Manage station inventory and assist with food prep
- Work directly with the Chef/Manager to uphold company standards
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and food safety practices
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
- Professional references required
