Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and standing for extended periods. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Protective equipment may be required to be worn in accordance with training guidelines. Candidates must have reliable transportation and punctuality. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.
2. Prepare products to be stocked on the shelves.
3. Prepares components to be sent out for secondary processes.
4. Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
5. Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
6. Adheres to company policies and procedures; paying special attention to safety regulations.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
