Hotels Unlimited Inc., a family-owned hospitality and property management company, is recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant for their corporate office located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike (East Windsor). 

Duties of the Administrative Assistant will include but are not limited to:

  • Scanning, filing, and maintaining records according to policy
  • Remote check processing and other banking functions
  • Processing various mailings
  • Ordering and maintaining office supply inventory
  • Perform various ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior management
Requirements:

  

Requirements include:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be punctual, responsible, dependable and reliable
  • Ability to effortlessly switch gears at a moment’s notice and wear many hats
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and assist co-workers when required

Compensation and Benefits include:

  • This      position offers a starting rate that ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Qualified candidates with relative education or experience will be considered for higher rates of pay.
