SUMMARY:
Responsible for casino slot systems analysis. Establishes and maintains a priority list of projects in conjunction with Slot Management. Conducts analysis on the performance of all slot-related equipment and any other slot-related issues as required. Creates, completes, and reviews daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual analytic spreadsheets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the preparation of month-end and miscellaneous performance reports.
- Develops spreadsheets and reports for Executive Team and various departments.
- Creates and maintains an accurate database of information on all slot related equipment, reports and files for analytical purposes.
- Works with Director of Slots to track machines performing poorly in relation to their theoretical hold percentages and ensures that these machines are checked for malfunctions.
- Maintains up to date maps and drawings of the casino floor.
- Responsible for all regulatory requirements surrounding slot machine moves on and off the casino floor.
- Performs special projects as needed.
- Works with Finance to ensure accurate reporting.
- Keeps an accurate count of machines on the floor, matching the units licensed; maintains records of all percentage sheets as required by Gaming Commission.
- Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, etc.) and attendant regulations as well as the Company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two years professional experience in the Gaming Industry.
- Must have intermediate to strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Experience with or ability to learn CAD.
- High school diploma or GED is required. Some college experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals.
- This job requires a self-motivated individual with superb communication skills.
- Reading, writing, and speaking fluently English is necessary.
