Available Shift: Night Shift | 4:00 PM – 4:15 AM | 2-2-3 schedule

Hourly Pay: $34/hour + $3/hour night shift premium

Average Annual Salary: $81,328

Position Overview:

Every bag of popcorn we produce depends on skilled maintenance professionals who keep our equipment safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, and help ensure seamless production operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and takes pride in precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems 
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Conduct resets, PC/PLC reboots, and calibrations
• Interpret wiring schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Support plant safety practices, including OSHA standards, PPE, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, and Arc Flash protocols
• Assist with building systems such as electrical panels, chillers, and fire suppression systems
• Accurately log work in the CMMS and communicate effectively across shifts
• Participate in TPM/Lean initiatives and root-cause analysis efforts
