Hourly Pay: $34/hour + $3/hour night shift premium

Position Overview:
Every bag of popcorn we produce depends on skilled maintenance professionals who keep our equipment safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, and help ensure seamless production operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and takes pride in precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Conduct resets, PC/PLC reboots, and calibrations
- Interpret wiring schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Support plant safety practices, including OSHA standards, PPE, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, and Arc Flash protocols
- Assist with building systems such as electrical panels, chillers, and fire suppression systems
- Accurately log work in the CMMS and communicate effectively across shifts
- Participate in TPM/Lean initiatives and root-cause analysis efforts

Requirements
Required:
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
Preferred:
- 2 – 3 years of qualified maintenance experience
- Education – 2-year degree from a technical or trade school
