The Role
Day Porter – Courthouse (Downtown Los Angeles)
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.06 per hour
We are seeking a dependable and professional Day Porter to support daily operations at a well-known courthouse in Downtown Los Angeles. This position is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for visitors, courthouse staff, and judicial personnel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, common areas, restrooms, hallways, and public spaces throughout the day
Perform routine cleaning tasks and light facility upkeep
Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed
Respond promptly to spills and service requests
Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Interact courteously and professionally with staff and the public
- Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.
What It Takes To Be Successful
- 1 + years of Day Porter experience a plus
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient verbal/written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to speak and understand English
