About this position
The Assistant to the President will provide high-level administrative support to the President, ensuring smooth operations across various departments and projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the President’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Assist with project management, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in managing operational logistics.
Organize events, conferences, and company functions as needed.
Undertake research and gather relevant information for decision-making purposes.
Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication on behalf of the President.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and professionalism.
Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
