Pay & Perks:
  • $55,000 $60,000/year (based on experience)

Your Daily Impact:
  • Lead, coach, and support your onsite team
  • Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy
  • Oversee financials, budgeting, and expense control
  • Manage rent collection and delinquencies
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to attract residents
  • Build positive resident relationships and boost retention
  • Coordinate vendor services and approve invoices
What Were Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Experience managing a team of 4+ employees
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Budgeting and financial reporting experience
  • Knowledge of fair housing and property management laws
  • Computer proficiency (Yardi, Excel, or similar software)
  • A people-first mindset and passion for creating great communities
