Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Hixson, TN. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and prepare reports.
• Balance and reconcile daily accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately during overnight hours.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor hotel security and safety during the night shift.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities during the shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle phone calls and messages professionally and timely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or auditing preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Proficient with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Work Schedule

This is a night shift position, typically from late evening to early morning hours.
