Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift – Beyond the Horizon
Join our dedicated team at Beyond the Horizon, where we provide compassionate care within a 28-day residential treatment program focused on addiction recovery. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' health and well-being throughout their recovery journey in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor clients’ health status
- Assist with medical assessments and documentation
- Support clients with daily health needs and activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Prior experience in addiction recovery or mental health preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs
- Knowledge of medical protocols and safety procedures
- Valid BLS Certification
