At Cattlemens, we’ve been serving the Best Steaks in the West for over 55 years — and every perfectly timed, beautifully plated meal starts with a great Expediter. This role is essential to ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and temperature.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure every plate meets Cattlemens’ presentation and recipe standards before it leaves the kitchen.
• Verify that food is cooked correctly and served at the proper temperature — hot food hot, cold food cold.
• Set up trays and organize ticket flow to ensure orders are delivered quickly and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth, efficient operations.
• Support a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.
• Take pride in helping deliver a four-star experience to every guest.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Clear communication and teamwork with cooks, servers, and managers.
• Prior kitchen or expediting experience preferred, but not required.
• A passion for great food, hospitality, and doing things the right way.
