Are You Who We Are Looking For?

Catseye’s Inside Sales and Business Development Representatives are responsible for handling current and potential customers over the phone, managing routing and schedules for sales inspectors and technicians, selling select services over the phone, and executing outbound call programs. This includes answering potential customer questions and qualifying them for an in-home inspection and easing a potential customer’s concerns if they are anxious about a pest problem. They will work in tandem with the outside sales inspectors to prepare them for leads.

The Inside Sales and Business Development Representative will also make targeted outbound calls for specific campaigns to cultivate leads and generate new business. Applicants must have a proven track record in inside sales and customer service and can demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.

If you are an outgoing people person who finds making conversation easy, this could be the right job for you. We are looking for an energetic, self motivated individual with great communication skills who is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. No prior knowledge of the pest management industry is necessary.

Other Requirements

All new hires receive a drug test and background check. Applicants must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays.

• Outgoing personality and ability to win people over
• Background in Sales is a plus
• Background using Google Drive (Spreadsheets) and Excel is a plus
• Strong data entry and analytical skills a must
• Strong communication skills are a must
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
