About this position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage a portfolio of electrical projects through all project stages including project definition, design, and construction.
Manage diverse project teams including Construction Managers, Resident Engineers, Inspectors, Engineers/Designers, and Contractors.
Internal and external stakeholder coordination including coordination with airlines, tenants, authorities having jurisdiction, and within the Department of Aviation.
Project financial and schedule reporting.
Review and approve invoices and pay applications.
Provide technical review of designer deliverables for projects in design and construction.
Provide technical consulting support for airfield electrical systems and electrical power distribution systems.
Serve as a liaison between Engineering and Sustainability teams coordinating electrical capacity needs and assisting with electrification, decarbonization, and energy initiatives.
Lead development of the airport’s Electrical Capital Improvement Plan.
Monthly reporting on status of electrical system condition assessments electrical and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
Prepare and give presentations to diverse audiences including airport leadership and stakeholders.

Effective oral and written skills for client presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of client, project team, and others.
Broad knowledge of technical topics, and the ability to recognize where technical knowledge
gaps exist.
Other project-related duties as assigned by the client.
Knowledge and familiarity working with software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Knowledge and familiarity working with project controls platforms (eBuilder)
Knowledge and familiarity working with PowerBI dashboards.
Primarily works with staff from Capital Development but also coordinates with PHL staff across various departments
