Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist Job Duties:

  • Providing case management services to individual clients or groups
  • Problem solving and navigation of services with clients and their families
  • Coordinating services with other providers
  • Participating with other clinical staff as a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team
  • Complete all documentation in a timely manner according to the policies of Ravenwood Health, the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addition Services, and Joint Commissions, and provide necessary data for statistical and billing purposes.

Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • In lieu of education three years minimum relevant work experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check
