What You’ll Do

  • Guide clients through a personalized, consultative vehicle-buying experience
  • Demonstrate and explain Lincoln vehicle features, technology, and craftsmanship
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Follow up with clients before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay current on Lincoln products, incentives, and industry trends
