What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through a personalized, consultative vehicle-buying experience
- Demonstrate and explain Lincoln vehicle features, technology, and craftsmanship
- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Follow up with clients before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Stay current on Lincoln products, incentives, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
