Position Requirements
Setting concrete footing and wall forms for building foundations Operate skid loaders, forklifts, hand tools, and other small construction equipment Efficiently work in a fast – paced environment Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team Understand Keller’s safety culture and hold others too it Perform any other duties as assigned Job Requirements include but not limited to: Knowledge of basic math skills Read and interpret blueprints (Preferred) Ability to travel typically within the state of WI. (Home every weekend) Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from ground to shoulder level) Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions Benefits PTO Retirement Plan (401k) Insurance ( Health, Dental, Vision, Life) ESOP Annual Incentive Bonus Competitive Hourly Wage
