About The Role:
As an Overnight Coordinator within the Pre & Post Route Operations organization, you will play a central role in supporting driver partners with inquiries about payment, routes, accounts, and a variety of other topics. You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a control center for making necessary package and route adjustments live.
Compensation:
25,087.91 COP per hour, we anticipate 40 hours of work per week. This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days in our WeWork office is required. We are hiring for overnight schedules.
The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs
- Solve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teams
- Respond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasks
- Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks
- Work with management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes
What You Bring:

- Ability to quickly navigate technology, multitasking with multiple systems
- Work well in a fast-paced environment that is, at times, has high incoming email/chat volumes
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail orientation
- Experienced with Zendesk, Chekr, Slack (nice to have)
- In good standing in their current position
