Compensation
This role offers a compensation package designed to reward your performance:
Commission-Based: Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance, based on the value and volume of successful sales.
Performance Bonuses: Opportunities for production bonuses are available, based on both individual and team performance.
Your Role: What You'll Do
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in the customer experience, guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Customer Engagement & Sales: Engaging with customers, providing product information, and offering guidance to assist them in their purchasing decisions.
Relationship Building: Building positive relationships with clients, addressing their questions, and working to ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales Process Management: Guiding customers through the sales cycle, from initial inquiry and product demonstration to order finalization. This includes utilizing our computer systems for in-person, phone, and email inquiries.
Operational Support: Contributing to a well-maintained showroom, assisting with vehicle displays, monitoring inventory, and supporting daily sales operations, including processing transactions and managing customer databases.
Goal Achievement: Working to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
We are seeking individuals who are prepared to contribute to our team. Here are the key requirements:
Experience & Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. Relevant experience or training in a related field will also be considered.
Essential Licensing: A valid Driver's License and a Sales License are necessary.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate and utilize various computer systems and databases, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet) and DealerSocket CRM.
Customer Focus: An orientation towards customer service, balanced with a results-driven approach.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers and colleagues.
Organizational Capabilities: Developed organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Adaptability: Capability to maintain composure under pressure, adapt to changes, and handle varying situations.
Professional Conduct: Professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor, with the ability to plan and organize tasks effectively.

Work Environment
This position is based at our dealership in Fresno, California. The role involves standing, walking, and sitting, as well as frequent use of hands and fingers. You will interact with customers indoors and occasionally outdoors. The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds is required. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
