Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned roles
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Review resumes and assist with candidate pre-screening
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation
  • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding next steps
  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Assist with offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and recruiting team

In-Person Recruitment Support:

  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach events
  • Represent the company professionally at recruiting events
  • Assist in setting up recruiting booths and materials
  • Collect candidate information and conduct initial screenings on-site
  • Coordinate event logistics and recruiting strategies with the Recruiting Manager
  • Support follow-up communication with event leads

Qualifications

  • Self-directed and able to work independently, and as a positive member of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse staff and travel to multiple agency worksites.
  • Experience: 1–2+ years in recruitment, ideally within healthcare or staffing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a
  • fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and regulations, Proficient
  • with computer usage and programs such as Windows and Windows-based software,
  • including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite.
  • Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and effective
  • interpersonal and relational skills.
  • High level ethics and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude, resiliency, and flexibility in an ever-changing environment with multiple interruptions.
  • Demonstrated good judgment using sound analytical solutions based on decision-making processes and approaches.
  • Excellent and proven communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Fingerprinting and background check as required by the Department of Justice, and current TB clearance required.
  • Valid CA driver’s license, an automobile for agency travel, and proof of current auto insurance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $55,000-$60,000
