About the role:
Compensation: $19 - $21.00 an hour
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with customer service and sales is valued, but not required
- Experience or familiarity with dispatching
- Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Ability to reliably commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave
- Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented
- Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Completed administrative tasks (ex: data entry, scanning, filing, etc.)
- Create routes in our system and assign technicians
- Dispatch routes for sales reps and technicians
- Process payments/collect card information
