Description: We are seeking an accomplished, results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead and elevate our brand, digital presence, and go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, thrives in data-driven environments, and brings deep fluency across social media, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.

The Senior Director of Marketing will serve as the steward of our brand, a driver of growth, and a key partner to executive leadership. Experience within banking or financial services is highly valued, as this role will help translate complex offerings into compelling, compliant, and customer-centric marketing programs.

Requirements:

Strategic Leadership & Brand Stewardship

  • Own and evolve the organization’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency and differentiation across all channels and touchpoints
  • Serve as the primary guardian of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
  • Lead integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, customer acquisition, and retention

Digital, Social & Channel Fluency

  • Lead digital marketing efforts including website strategy, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media
  • Develop and oversee a robust social media strategy that strengthens brand awareness, engagement, and reputation
  • Ensure seamless alignment across owned, earned, and paid channels

Data-Driven & Analytical Marketing

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics across all marketing initiatives
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize campaigns, allocate budget, and drive ROI
  • Translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a small internal marketing team and manage external agency partners, with opportunity to scale the function over time.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments and executive leadership to align marketing with business objectives
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with discipline and accountability

Banking / Financial Services Alignment (Preferred)

  • Develop marketing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Communicate complex financial products and services in a clear, compelling, and compliant manner
  • Support growth initiatives such as new product launches, market expansion, and customer engagement programs


Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven marketing environments
  • Experience leading brand transformations or growth-focused marketing initiatives
