JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Marketing Manger leverages market insights, data analysis and innovative campaigns to strenthen property positioning and attract qualified prospects. By partnering closely with operations and asset management, this role provides strategic guidance and actionable recommendations that enhance community visibility, optimize marketing performance and support sustained portfolio growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Fulfill and assist with SEM, SEO, paid social, paid search, as well as other digital marketing campaigns.
- Adopt a consultative approach to developing and synthesizing bodies of work related to operational marketing support, marketing plans, and advertising strategies, maintaining a solid understanding of the “Big Picture” while digging deep into the details of individual bodies of work/initiatives.
- Deliver work on budget and on schedule, communicating to all internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring milestones are met for each project.
- Works cross-functionally with the Vice President of Marketing and Regional Leadership on maintaining successful integrated online marketing efforts that support overall leasing efforts and occupancy goals to generate marketing qualified leads with both stabilized and lease-up properties.
- Assists in analyzing campaign performance via analytic reporting and investigates competitor online positioning to optimize digital campaigns and ensure maximum engagement is achieved.
- Responsible for utilizing internal marketing team support, individual expertise, and preferred agency partner services to provide next-level strategic thought-leadership and support to ensure the right marketing mix and approach is applied to individual property needs.
- Work with the Vice President of Marketing and advertising partners to develop success metrics and measure/analyze campaign results in order to demonstrate success - ensuring objectives are clearly understood, and deadlines met.
- Maintain a strong focus on generating new ideas through creative and analytical strategy. Continually research and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels.
- Participates in spearheading marketing-related support tickets while creating efficiencies and standardizing operating procedures when appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Superior analytical and communication skills - must be able to understand complex Google ad and digital reach campaigns and articulate strategic and logical recommendations to optimize reach and budget.
- Ability to interpret data insights and trends to drive future strategies.
- Flexible, versatile, and driven to obtain new skills in Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE:
- 4-5 years marketing experience that directly supports digital marketing responsibilities, especially but not limited to, paid digital media, marketing, evaluating and reporting data, making data-driven decisions, communications, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degrees from four-year college or university; a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with: Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in the multifamily industry or the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- High-energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment, multitasking several projects and assignments at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, Google Analytics, and Canva.

- Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment. Benefits offered include medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as 401K and life insurance. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
