About this position
Job Purpose
The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a hands-on role in managing daily liquidity, cash forecasting, and treasury operations in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment. This position is highly operational and requires strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and the ability to drive discipline around cash management and forecasting. This role is critical to ensuring liquidity visibility and efficient treasury execution in support of the company’s value creation plan.
Essential Functions
Liquidity & Daily Cash Management
- Lead daily cash positioning and funding across all bank accounts
- Execute borrowing and repayment activity under revolving credit facilities
- Optimize cash concentration and intercompany funding
- Monitor and manage controlled disbursements and payment timing
13-Week Cash Flow Forecasting
- Own and maintain the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast
- Partner with FP&A, AP, AR, and business leaders to drive forecast accuracy
- Identify liquidity risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
- Provide weekly reporting package to CFO and PE sponsors
Working Capital Optimization
- Partner with AR/AP to improve collections, disbursement timing, and DPO/DIO management
- Identify cash conversion cycle improvement opportunities
- Support initiatives tied to the value creation plan
Treasury Operations & Controls
- Oversee bank account management and signatory governance
- Ensure strong SOX/internal control compliance over treasury processes
- Review and approve wires/ACH in accordance with company policy
- Lead bank fee reviews and service rationalization
Systems & Process Improvement
- Drive automation of cash reporting and forecasting tools
- Standardize treasury processes across business units
- Assist with M&A integration of treasury operations
Qualifications (Education, Experiences, Competencies)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4-7 years of treasury, corporate finance, or commercial banking experience
- Strong experience with 13-week cash flow forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, scenario analysis, data manipulation)
- Strong understanding of liquidity management and working capital drivers
- Experience in a PE-backed or leveraged environment preferred
- Familiarity with borrowing base structures and asset-based lending preferred
- CTP designation preferred

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
