Host - (Seasonal)

If you are friendly, dedicated, charming, and committed to high standards of customer service with attention to detail, we invite you to join our team. Hosts must be able to create a pleasant atmosphere by being attentive to customers both in person and over the phone. Warm, friendly hosts must leave a bright and welcoming first impression for our guests!

Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week to include at least one weekend shift. 

Shifts are

Weekdays 4:00PM - 9:00PM 

Saturdays 4:00PM - 9:00PM

Sundays 3:00PM - 9:00PM 

Host Functions:

• Attends and Participates in all training sessions and team meetings
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner.
• Greeting guests with a warm smile to make them feel welcome
• Ring out members takeout orders
• Seats guests and provides menus, following the appropriate rotation
• Answers the phone politely and assists callers, including answering questions about the establishment and making reservations
• Manages and confirms all Open Table reservations
• Cater to the guests' requests and needs in a prompt and professional manner to ensure an overall superior level of customer service
• Performs all assigned side work and keeps host stand and lobby area clean
• Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct
• Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management
• Reports to the Restaurant Manager

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Work permit required if under the age if 18
• Able to learn & perform basic of sale skills to ring members in member takeout orders
• Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards, guest relations, food and beverage preparations as well as etiquette.
• Available to work weekends, evening shifts and major holidays
• Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies and rules
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat & professional appearance at all time 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
