Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assist with bag drop and loading/unloading golf bags from vehicles and carts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and golf carts.
- Set up and break down the driving range and other practice areas.
- Wash and refuel golf carts, ensuring they are clean and safe for use.
- Monitor pace of play and assist with on-course services if needed.
- Provide accurate and courteous information about course conditions, rules, and policies.
- Ensure golf bags are stored and retrieved in a timely and organized manner.
- Assist with tournament setup and breakdown, including signage, coolers, and cart signs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Professional staff or management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or golf operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Passion for golf and an understanding of the game is preferred but not required
Work Environment:
- Outdoor environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Requires working in various weather conditions such as sun, rain, wind, and heat.
$11.00 an hour plus tips
