Position Overview
As a PM Vacuum Sweeper Operator, you will be responsible for operating a commercial parking lot vacuum sweeper to maintain clean, safe, and debris-free properties. This role also includes general portering and detailed cleaning of parking lot areas.

As a PM Vacuum Sweeper Operator, you will be responsible for operating a commercial parking lot vacuum sweeper to maintain clean, safe, and debris-free properties. This role also includes general portering and detailed cleaning of parking lot areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vacuum parking lot sweeper equipment safely and efficiently
- Remove debris, trash, and dirt from parking lots and surrounding areas
- Perform portering duties including trash removal and liner replacement
- Use backpack blowers to clean corners, curbs, and hard-to-reach areas
- Conduct basic pre- and post-trip equipment inspections
- Maintain a consistent route schedule
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
- No CDL required
- Experience operating sweepers or similar equipment is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, and operating equipment
- Wednesday through Saturday
- 8:30 PM start time
- Full-time hours
- $20.00 per hour
