As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.

Job Duties:

Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitudeTake customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standardsOperate POS system and handle cash/credit transactionsMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areasRestock product and supplies as needed throughout the shiftFollow health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesWork collaboratively with team members and shift leadersEnsure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detailUphold Dunkin’ and Bluemont Group policies and standardsREQUIREMENTS

Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

Shift Availability:

8-hour shifts10-hour shiftsDay and night shifts availableMonday to Friday and weekend availability requiredEducation and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent.
Morning Shifts- (4am-12pm), (5am-1pm), (6am-2pm), (7am-3pm), (8am-4pm)
Part Time shifts are approx. 4-6 hours per shift and Full Time shifts are approx 6-8 hours per shift.

$12.0 - $13.0 Hourly Wage
