What You’ll Do

As Store Manager, you're in the driver’s seat—leading your team, running daily operations, and creating a guest experience that reflects our brand at its best. You’ll coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable while delivering results and growing the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain brand standards
• Lead, coach, and develop your team
• Drive performance by meeting KPIs, managing costs, and hitting metrics
• Ensure smooth execution of all guest services, from drive-in to drive-out
• Utilize the POS system to process transactions, make service recommendations, and      support decision-making
• Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, clean, efficient shop
• Handle scheduling, team evaluations, and performance coaching
• Collaborate with Leadership on store goals, audits, and initiatives

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license
• 1–3 years of leadership experience
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Drive to lead by example and inspire excellence
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate shop equipment
• English fluency (read, write, speak) Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
