We’re looking for an organized, professional, and compassionate Front Desk Associate to ensure every patient feels welcome and supported from the moment they walk in (or call!) our doors. What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
     
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently to optimize provider time and treatment room utilization.
     
  • Check patients in and out, collect copays, and verify insurance information.
     
  • Keep appointments on track by notifying providers of patient arrivals and service delays.
     
  • Anticipate patient needs and anxieties, answering questions and providing comfort as needed.
     
  • Maintain accurate patient records by filing, retrieving, and updating personal and financial information.
     
  • Support revenue operations by recording patient balances, processing payments, and controlling credit.
     
  • Manage office inventory, ordering and verifying supplies to keep the front desk running smoothly.
     
  • Respond promptly to patient emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
     
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information, following all privacy guidelines.
     
  • Follow office policies and procedures while suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.
     
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, word processing, and office software.
  • Professional, quality-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Reliable transportation for consistent attendance.
  • eCW experience preferred.
  • Required to pass a Level II background screening.
