Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a
About the role
Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring LPNs and RNs to strengthen our in-house team and reduce reliance on agency. If you want 12-hour shifts, consistent scheduling, and a supportive team, this is built for you.
Pay & scheduling
- Agency-competitive pay packages (based on experience and shift)
- 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a
- Weekend Baylor available (details discussed during interview)
- Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where applicable)
- Vacation time + Sick time
- Consistent teamwork and real orientation with a preceptor
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a SNF setting
- Administer medications and treatments per orders
- Assess, document, and communicate changes in condition
- Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain safe, respectful, resident-centered care
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license
- SNF/LTC experience preferred (we’ll train the right nurse)
- Dependability, teamwork, and strong clinical judgment
