Customer Service Support Team Member
The Customer Service Support Team Member is truly a team-based role. Team Members share and alternate in-house duties to provide consistent workflow for our Medical Billing Teams and Accounting.
Customer Service Support Team Members will handle tasks including, but not limited to the following:
- Answer incoming calls and assist with over-the-phone-payments
- Upload of electronic charge and payment files to company's billing system for processing
- Batching and reconciliation of charges for billing
- Retrieving medical records
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail
Requirements
- Reliability in daily attendance
- A detail-oriented individual that can gather and document information accurately
- Computer proficiency using multiple screens and programs
- Great communication and customer service skill set
- Comfortable working in an office setting
Monday - Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM (CST)
Salary Information
$20.0 - $23.0
Hourly Wage
