Key Responsibilities
Job Efficiency:
Oversee day-to-day job flow, making sure scheduling and dispatch run smoothly and efficiently.
Performance Improvement:
Track key metrics like conversion rates, average ticket size, and membership sales, coaching team members to improve performance call by call.
Team Coordination:
Manage staffing, schedules, and daily responsibilities to keep the team running at full productivity.
Quality Assurance:
Help reduce callbacks by maintaining high work standards and setting up strong follow-up systems.
Training & Growth:
Lead training efforts for field experts, supporting their skill development and long-term career growth.
Sales Focus:
Encourage membership and service sales by building trust with customers and helping the team meet their goals.
Check-Ins & Reviews:
Meet regularly with team members to review performance, set goals, and support continuous improvement.
Company Culture:
Keep the company’s core values front and center in everything, decisions, service, and team leadership.
Accountability:
Hold consistent check-ins to keep expectations clear, highlight wins, and coach where needed.
Hiring & Reporting:
Lead recruitment efforts and provide regular updates to ownership to stay aligned on team needs and performance.

We started with just one guy and a truck doing Plumbing and Heating work. Today we are a company of over 20 people, aggressively growing towards DOMINATING the Juneau, Alaska market with Heating, Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, Bathroom Upgrades, and More!

- Proven experience in a managerial role for a minimum of 2 years
- Industry experience is great but not a requirement
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on experience and satisfaction
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours, including occasional on-call or emergency support
- Must be able to visit job sites and support field work if needed
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- A background check and a drug screening
